Will you support our existing systems?

Yes. We support Windows, macOS, Linux, virtualised platforms and most mainstream line-of-business apps. The discovery phase confirms the full stack before we sign anything.

How fast do you respond?

P1 issues typically get an engineer engaged within 15 minutes during business hours, and inside 30 minutes out-of-hours on Enterprise contracts.

Do you charge per ticket?

No. Our contracts are fixed-fee per user. There are no per-incident charges and no surprise invoices for routine work.

Can we keep our existing licences?

Absolutely. We can either continue managing your current Microsoft and other vendor agreements, or migrate them to Alliance — whichever gives you the best price and flexibility.

What's the contract length?

Standard term is 12 months with a 90-day notice period. Longer terms available for clients wanting to lock in lower rates.
